It is a little odd there wasn't a Ryuko in casual clothes or something. Guess it wasn't popular enough for anything else. Bad guys would be a stretch since traditionally they don't sell.

True. I forgot about the Nendoroid Mako.
Still, I think regular uniform Ryuko and Satsuki would've sold fine.
