The third pic is a gun mode, in the original series multiple characters would transform into items ( guns ) that other Transformers could weild. This involved a significant size change in these Transformers, including Megatron. Witch doesn't really make sense in the " realism " of the certainly explosion filled bay movies LOL... Any way...
I included a pic of the gun mode in hand and the ground to air assult weapon.
Also a slightly reworked boat mode.
