All of the above (including Axor & Rescue Ratchet) are included in the sale, plus Battle Blade Bumblebee and Sidearm Sideswipe. You shlould be able to find almost all of them on the pegs, though wave 3 (Electrostatic Jolt, Terradive, Tomahawk) seems to be harder to find than the others.
And to think I rushed out to get a Jetblade months ago when I thought he would be hard to find...
