As a former KB employee, I can tell them all kinds of reasons the stores failed, such as all of the idiots in higher management. When I get berated by my DM for not making sure every customer bought a $2.99 pack of balloons regardless of what the daily sales gross was, I stop caring about my job in general.
But yeah, if they could go in with a decent set of higher ups, put passionate people in charge and work that magic all the way to store level it would be awesome to see them back in action.
