Who knows. I have a feeling movie licensing is a bit different than just a couple relatively exclusive toy releases.
lol, the Ferrari wasn't even Sideswipe either, but it would've been a better fit than a silver Corvette. That's why I use ROTF Swerve as Sideswipe and the silver one as 'Tracks' or maybe even Silverstreak in my collection.
Back to that new 'Vette... it's definitely an improvement over the last 3 generations.
But I'd like to see them go the whole nine yards and do a straight-up Stingray (C3)-inspired model. I guess that's what the new one is supposed to be, but they should've followed through a little more on the retro design cues.
