I've heard different reasons for the issue with Exhaust among them that Philip Morris merely suggested to Takara that cigarette advertising on a toy may not be prudent and Takara did the rest. On the other hand, one store owner told me that PM tried (and failed) to sue for CR infringement when he refused to unshelve Exhaust. Who knows. There are some around with the exact Marlboro paint though.
