Ooof, you may be out of luck. He's sold out like everywhere at the moment (online). Don't overpay for him either because he's only worth the $70. If you can't find him online, I'd just be patient until you decide to go get something from the store one day. Walmart seems to keep restocking their toy shelves lately, so I think they would be your best bet.
None of the Canadian hobby stores offer free shipping (unless you buy a hefty amount of products from them). Ages 3 and Up has him for preorder, but he costs $75 plus shipping on top of that.
I would seriously just wait it out. This mainline stuff always gets restocked.
