If I look super close, I can see a light line of what might be flashing on mine, but it does not stand out. If you hadn't mentioned it, and I hadn't looked super close, I would never have even noticed it. So maybe yours is more apparent.
On another Ravage note, mine was misassembled, with front cat legs swapped. Luckily, they are easy to pop off and put in correct places. The front of the upper leg should be the rounded bit, And the elbow should be able to bend forward. I think swapping these might also let the legs tuck into the back a little neater in robot mode, as well.
