Yeah, if you can't find a ride, then just take the #3, it stops very close by. It's a very convenient location overall.
I go up to that area a lot, since my friends are obsessed with Bubblemania, which is just a block or two from Peters. This, of course, would also be a very good place to meet if we happen to get rained out since it's so close to the original meeting spot
