Fansproject Quad U Issue
I am terribly unlucky it seems. For the first time, I ordered a Transform...er... transforming toy online. I decided to bite the bullet on Fansproject Quad U. Well I just got it today and discovered that his visor was already cracked and just barely hanging on, in sealed package. I'm a bit frustrated at the moment. I ordered it from Automaton Toys and while I was thrilled with how quickly it arrived, I deflated really quickly upon seeing it. What should I do, contact Automaton? Their FAQ says they won't take back products that are opened, Or should I try my hand at getting a replacement part from Fansproject?
