NMCToys has Scorponok up for PreOrder @ $249 with an ETA of June. Looks like the same re-issue run that BBTS also has up in the US. He was $299 at TRU unless you got him on the clearance price of $249.

I've noticed the 2nd releases are cheaper. This also happened with Jetfire 2nd release that's also up for pre-order.
