Just an update.
Ben Robinson was recorded doing an interview at a signing, and while he had lots of info the big thing for us was Canada.
Turns out they are having some sort of problem with distribution for Canada. He wasn't clear, and said it was basically out of his hands, but it sounds like some legal/business issues.
So it is probably safe to assume the subs are dead in Canada, barring some kind of miracle.
