Thanks to jacobot again, we now now that Transformers Dark of the Moon Cyberverse Commander wave 3 has been released at Canadian retail. This sighting was made at Walmart.
Wave 3 consists of:
Decepticon Hatchet
Battle Steel Optimus Prime
