I think that falls squarely on the shoulders of the corporate buyer. Just because an item is a Walgreen's exclusive, you're right, it doesn't automatically mean EB Games will bring them in, and EB has only been making the investment in Marvel Legends, but they also carry more Marvel Legends than just the exclusives. I suspect EB can't single out Transformers exclusives only, so in other words, in order for them to be bring in TF exclusives, EB would probably also need to invest wholly into the series and be committed to the full Titans Return line, which they probably won't want to do.
