Don't wait/expect a Sale.
Starscream practically disappeared when he hit US retail. I only ever saw 2 on the shelves and I bought one.
I might be wrong, but these aren't going to be available in mass quantities like other Transformers, most Wal-Marts will probably get a shipment or two and that will be the last we see.
I could be wrong though.
