While I appreciate Hasbro for trying to give us an answer.

Even though I know HTS is run by 3rd party for Hasbro, in 2008 to be unable to ship outside of the US is border line unacceptable.
Thankfully I have a US friend that is willing to order from HTS for me. A luxury most Non-US residents do not have.
I guess an estimated guess is all we are going to get.
