Was on the seller side of the equation this time and Hank was still a pleasure to deal with. Easy to arrange meeting time, no hassle with the exchange, fun to chat with and was totally cool with me being a complete flake in terms of how long it took to get the exchange worked out when I was unavailable for long periods during the planning process.
