At buy one Deluxe get one half off, that's a 25% off when you buy two sale:
2 deluxes for $23.98, which is $11.99 each (again, only when you buy them in pairs)
$11.99 each with restrictions (have to buy in pairs) is one of the weakest sales on deluxes we've seen so far.
