I might look into doing something similar. Or different. I have some ideas for additional mods, but for one of them, I'll definitely need another joy-con.
How's the plastic quality, though? Not entirely in the same vein, but I've bought replacement cases for cellphones back in the day, the plastic quality has always been sub-par when compared to the original material...
