Roadbuster, Ovelon Gazzette aka
Whirl and Boneparte Tulas)
That 3 pack was also imported to America/Canada in your typical bootleg engrish/form. What you have is pretty much one piece of that 3 pack (Ovelon Gazzette aka
Whirl) , and someone then slapped an autobot logo on it.
