true! the arms do pop out. but the body, you need to remove the #$$%@#$ pins... can we swear here?
the head is screwed (no swearing here) so in the tank mode the head stays in place. what is removed is the left arm, easier.
and yes! congratulations! you are the only guy who noticed the sword!
