I am also waiting for the Legends figures, Devastator is supposed to be made up of 7 robots and the legends has that, plus the individaul bots.
But to be fair Movie Devastator never actually transformed into individual robots. What I find funny is the supreme class Devastator is supposed to talk, Which in the movie he just grunts. SO its very inaccurate if he speaks, and is missing a bot.

He talked in the movie.... sort of..... I (seriously) think that they used old sound clips from mortal kombat for his voice. He sounds almost identical to Goro. And Goro talked in the film
