one bit of advice, use a philips screw driver and unscrew the two screws under the cockpit windows. Then pull off the stomach/torso part and then pull off the windows.
Do this before you try to remove the paint from the top of the SWAT truck roof. The windows have paint on it and is rather susceptible to rubbing alcohol.
Here is what vehicle mode looks like after paint removal. (I did not do such a great job haha)
