There's someone on TFW2005 who's working on
a whole lot of pieces to enhance the smaller KO Devastator. Think he partnered with a second user to go through all the parts and enhance as much as they could.
It would've been nice if the KO people based their downscale off of Takara's tweaked molds or just threw in copies of the DNA kit, but it's too late for that now (outside of someone deciding to spearhead such an add-on kit).
