I was surprised, even amazed that they managed to pull the Classics and Generation Thrilling 30 versions out without much backlash.
But the 2013 G.I. Joe non-transforming plane didn't avoid it and lawsuits and settlements were made.

Those lawsuits ended in Hasbro's favor and since Harmony Gold cant go against them again under the same ground, they were able to do Gen 30 easily.
