Now "Chigurh"...maybe I'm pronouncing it wrong but that sure sounds a lot like "chigger" (see

Now I get that he is a deception, and that sometimes bad guys get named after "bad" creatures, but chiggers?
Google "chigurh" and I get pictures of a guy who looks like Heath Ledger.
Maybe it's pronounced "chee-grrrr" although I'm not certain that's any better.
