The Japanese fans won't vote for Fortress Maximus anyhow, Headmasters was not popular in Japan and unlike the us that got a limited ammount of BIG TRANSFORMERS (Fortress Maximus, Scorponok then KEEP ON SLIDING), Japan got a ton. Heck they would see that Fortress Maximus mold 2 more times in stores (In Grand and Brave Max), so he is rather played out and blahhh
