Okay I got the little rocket.
He's vinyl tube that goes over a blue hard plastic tube. blow into the end the vinyl bit shoots off. He's a bit crinkled in the vinyl bit but that could be fixed by using a slightly longer wooden rod of similar diameter to straighten it.
The cockpit is dented, but this is okay. such an item likely would have suffered significant damage through play, and considering I have yet to see such an item, I won't complain. I will upgrade if I ever find one in better condition.
