Yep. Scattershot has a new robot head, new wings, nosecone, but no new torso mode pieces. Biggest thing that sold me on takaras version - new Computron head and chest.
The colors being rarely more appealing to me for takara go a long way too. And Nosecone from rook is sweeeeet
