Moving out

It's official, even though I don't like the idea of me being in a smaller place where I am now, but the rent it's going to be too much this summer (635$). And since I am having a bit of struggle financially, my family is worried about me. So therefore, my sister offered me the opportunity to save money by moving into her bachelor (1 room apartment) It's a semi-detached house, and her owning another house nearby, she rents this semi-detached, my grand-mother and her mother-in-law being two. The rent is going to be around 350$ a month which means 350$ a month more in my pockets and be able to pay my stuff faster. I know it's going to be tight, and my bed and the couch would be in the same living room, also I would be able to save more, when the time is right to have my own place with no landlords. So I narrowed down the GOOD and the CONS;

PROS:
Less rent (350$)
More money on the side to pay off debts
Washing machine and dryer (1.50$ more in my pockets each time I want to use the laundry machine)
My own parking spot
My car would be under a tent, so no more car being buried
My sister and my brother-in-law are the landlords.
Bigger bathroom
Bigger kitchen
No more annoying neighbors

CONS:
Smaller & tighter
No room to put all my furniture (I have a storage for some of them)
No balcony
I am isolated (basement)
Bedroom, TV, couch in the same room

The PROS has more than CONS

Thoughts?
