Sometimes I think figures are made to enhance others. Voyager Megs seems to follow that route. I'm sure Voyager Optimus will look awesome paired with his arch nemesis in toy form.
Bulkhead looks really sad in robot mode compared to his animated Autobot brethren. It's almost inexcusable to design him to be the almost the exact opposite of his cartoon counterpart. This guy is tiny. I still may pick it up, because of the articulation and also despite its size, I really like its look.
Seriously though, the scale issue is absurd.
