So I happened to be on the TRU website around midnight when the bogo sale was supposed to go live and even though all the new Earthrise stuff was listed, none of it was in stock.

I mess around the site for a few minutes and go back to the TF page and look at each Earthrise item again and to my surprise, all the Earthrise stuff is now in stock.

Bam! I manage to get Apeface, Grapple, Crosshairs, Spinister, Hoist, Wheeljack, Cliffjumper, and Earthrise Prime all in the cart and paypal my way to an order confirmation e-mail.

Interestingly, the invoice gave me 25% off each item I had in the cart even though I had differently priced items in uneven ratios so I'm a little surprised but happy to have gotten Earthrise Prime at 25% off.

I checked back 5 minutes after checking out and it looks like everything except Apeface is sold out. I only missed Earthrise Starscream because in my haste to add things to my cart, I though it was Siege Starscream because they look so similar at a glance in the thumbnail.

Great luck, they don't even show up on the site in a search right now.
