No, you get the code in person when you pick up/pay for the rest of the game at Gamestop.
I thought EBgames = Gamestop now. Since the website is now gamestop.ca
EB Games also seems to be the cheapest store to preorder (and with an actual bonus), but I'm hoping for a Gaming Guarantee or promo in June. Not sure if this skin will be exclusive as well, like Uncharted 2's Pre-order Gold AK-47 weapon.
