Re: Does Ages 3 and Up usually unseal their items and retape them?
FYI... I picked up refractor from toysrus around 4 weeks back and it also had been double taped and at first I thought it had been opened but the tape underneath hadn't been cut it was just double taped with the same tape applied over top.
