I tried my best on TRU chat today to get my Arcee and Smokescreen price adjusted but they would not budge on them being excluded, even when I pointed out other WFC at $39.99 and $29.99 were on sale. Can't go in person for an adjustment due to COIVD restrictions too. Doh!
