As a long standing Coupon using Canadian I do NOT take offense at this, but I do question what maroon would EVER say we're not entitled to use a coupon on a sale item just because the fine print says so when the online store seems to be allowing it regardless of said fine print.
Take what you can get and enjoy it is the Canadian Consumers motto, we are all guilty of thrift, in point of fact we could be likened to the Country of Scrooge McDucks' considering how smart we shop and how hard we work to earn our minimum wage pay so we can continue to shop great deals to avoid overspending on consumables.
Of course I could be wrong about that comparison.
