Digital-Toys.com has it on pre-order for $109; theirs comes with the orange plug, but it's not glued on (much like the MP05s from HLJ). Speaking of HLJ, I'd keep an eye out there as well; if they end up stocking them, they will most likely be one of (if not) the cheapest stores to get it.
