No, the gun is too large and awkward to place somewhere that is stable and make sense. You could buy some of that blue poster tact stuff and secure it in place on the other shoulder if you're just keeping him posed.
I also sold my old Ghettoplex a few weeks ago for $100. It was missing guns, red eye visor, no stickers/box/instructions/scamper, and the hands were replaced with blue Fort Max hands. Just to get an idea of the other end of the price scale.
