Re: What Video Game Are You Playing?
I stick with PC games mostly, though I do enjoy a classic emulated game like Chrono Trigger on the SNES. Other than that I stay away from consoles.
I guess a little back and forth between the following games:
Spore
(Jedi_Shepp in case anybody wants to add me as a buddy on there. And contact me somehow, so then I could add people as buddies.)
Neverwinter Nights
(The first one, I never did finish it and decided to have a run through along with some customized gear and a few henchmen based on people I know)
Deus Ex: Shifter Mod
(The game as it is was awesome, but the Shifter Mod just adds a whole other level to it. I'm trying to go through the game with as few fatalities as possible.)
Portal: TFV Map Pack
(Such an awesome game. Frustrating and fulfilling at the same time. I also have dabbled a bit in trying out the Portal gun in Half-Life: Source and HL2, but not very much.)
Guild Wars
(I'm normally Aranthor Grenwich on there, and belong to the guild Wookie Cookies [WAKA])
Homeworld
(Yes, I have the second one, and the semi-official Cataclysm, but they just aren't the same without the Kadeshi Multibeam Frigates. Plus, modding ships is awesome.)
and last but not least
my own mod for Doom 3
(modified weapon damage and accuracy, and also made all the zombies respawn unless you destroy their corpses, and at that they can only be killed with headshots effectively. And for that I'd need the chainsaw or explosives. I think it all just adds some urgency and paranoia to the beginning of the game, and adds some spice later on. I haven't been playing this one nearly as much because I'm trying to remove the stupid gunlights that I added before. I've gained more appreciation for the muzzle flash effects.)
