Ignore any nay-sayers. You have a good question. Here's what I think:
-G1 Prime would never under any circumstance say "I will kill them all" about any sentient being, including Decepticons.
-He would never say "I will kill him" about any human, nomatter how much of a mass-destruction fascist he (Frasier) was.
-G1 Prime may get into a situation where he had no choice, but to kill 1 evil human to save a good 1. I think it would be resolved in 1 of 2 ways:
- He kills the human, but with much hesitation.
- The cartoon portrays a less dread situation where Prime is able to blast the eviller's gun out of his hand.
I think this would be more likely, given G1 cartoon and comics.
That said, I am glad Bay-Prime killed Attinger.
He (Frasier) was a murderous person who was even more evil than some of the worst Decepticons.
Although it woulda bin cool for Prime to simply blast the guy's hand off.
But
planning to kill a human doesn't seem very Prime-ish.
