VICTORY!!!
Visa finally came through after multiple rounds of dispute with Rei Jinn's bank.
I have been refunded my $220.00 USD!
goes to show, it may be slow, but having visa as a backup protection on your ebay purchases can really help.
if I had paid directly from my bank account via paypal, I wouldnt have been able to open this visa dispute once I lost my paypal one.
anyways, thanks to all who helped and remember, DONT BUY FROM REI JINN!
