probably picked it up at a garage sale for $1 thinking it was a "red bumblebee" (not knowing that cliffjumper, y'know, exists), googled "Red bumblebee" and now thinks he's sitting on a rare collectible
Or it's a deliberate, but poor attempt at scamming transformers fans
