Contact Pulse, they'll let you know whether it has been shipped. Fedex seems to be a bit slow with updating shipping too.

Was anyone able to change the shipping location using Delivery Manager on the Fedex website? I tried, but the option is greyed out. I wanted to pick it up at a service location rather than having DS...

Ok, you're right. I did receive Victory Saber on December 5th last year (I have the tracking info still).

What do mean barely started shipping though? The majority of members on TFW (US-based)...

Yeah, it's odd the time around. It's just annoying if they wait too long to ship it and then it gets stuck with all the Christmas traffic. That might push it until January.

Which kind of dumb as this was not done with Victory Saber. We ended up paying more for shipping than customers in the US and we get ours last, great.

There were actually 2 items in the package, one arrived fine, the other was crushed. They put absolutely no protection in the box to prevent damage, they just threw the figures in a cardboard box...
