I am completely dumbfounded how this flimflam man manages to stay in business. Is his business a front for something more nefarious and profitable? I don't get it.

To be honest I haven't memorized how to transform any of the Transformers I own. With most requiring between 25-35 steps I usually just go to Youtube if I have a desire to transform anything

I’m so glad you started this thread. It’s been a tough lesson but I’ll never order from any business again without first doing my research. I wish I’d seen this thread before I found NMCToys.

It's up to you but I would let a 3rd party handle this. When I escalated my claim with Paypal he immediately sent me several nasty emails saying I am terrible yada yada yada. He is a psychopath.

I wrote 2 candid reviews on google recently about his store and the responses were telling. I'm a liar, I'm entitled etc. If you can I would file a claim with your credit card company or paypal...

I'm planning on submitting reports to the Competition Bureau and any other Federal or Provincial body that handles fraud. Maybe if enough people speak up some action will be taken.
