I'm definatelly seeing a theme of organic nano cluster bots verses a more traditional mech armour style bot.
perhaps organtoids verses titaniods?

Thats so cool! Very guyer/ mech warrior style. I could soo see these as distant cybertronian cousins to the autobot and decepticons. You should try to design some wicked faction symbols and...
