My universe springer came, and one of his tail fins keeps comign off, im not sure how to fix it, it's on that 3 pronged axle, any ideas?

I have a new classics Astrotrain and one of his arms are REALLY loose, like as soon as u touch it it falls off, any suggestions of ways to fix it, ive tried popping the ball in but it is as far in as...
