This ain't the 2010's anymore, though. If you want your best chance at something, a preorder is 100% the way to go. Especially for the high demand figures like the Dinobots.

It's not, though. It's taller and has improved articulation in general. I also don't know how they could have put in elbow articulation when the hands already fold in. It pretty much leaves zero...

I ordered mine on December 23rd (I forget the specific time of day, but I think it was in the morning), and it shipped out December 31st from a facility in Michigan and I received it yesterday.

I'm in the same boat. I'd like to get Blaster, but at $39, it just feels like what MSRP should be and doesn't feel like an actual deal.

Honestly, the difference in shoulder heights is negligible in real life. I've had mine displayed both ways and I'm not bothered by one or the other.
