i heard ziplock bags have an acid that can break down toys. Do HDX boxes have that acid?

i bought a storage bin from target to store my toys but am unsure weather to clean it before storing toys.

How would I clean it properly because aren't the boxes designed to block humidity and...

i heard humidity can damage figures.


I checked my odometer today and it said it was humid even thug my figures are in the basement in a locked rubbermaid box which my figures are stored. I live...
