Hi guys,

So I spoke with a manager today about getting rainchecks, they said these items were not in the system so rainchecks were not possible...as well...he wasnt sure if the sale ended on Nov...

These help alot!

We should put them along with the Wave 2 individual SKUs on the front page, as the general SKUs no longer apply for products after Wave 1.

Apparently the Earthrise Seekers 2 pack popped up at TRU yesterday, on sale I believe. Anyone have the SKU for it?

Not all staff are up to par on their policy knowledge, in my experience it can be used at any store up to 6 months for the date issued...you need to have the paper though as it lists the limitations....

482455 is an error I found in TRUs system...I was just asking what item it might be linked with...please do not include it for the Earthrise list.

Hey guys, I found an ER Starscrean with SKU 482455...but it isnt shown in the TRU system...anyone know what that SKU is for?

I think if it is one of their normal 20% off sales, they shouldnt deny the raincheck. You can explain to them that and tell them these items go 20% off every month or so, and to be kind about it....

Excellent finds! Were those the first sightings of the Siege Soundwave and Starscream in Canada at TRU? They have been spotted at WM and EB I believe, but in small numbers.

Has Siege been put up on an online sightings post?, is there a sale to apply rainchecks to yet or coming up? 30$CAD for a Deluxe at TRU...ouch...

Depending on what you'd like to do, generally TRU SKUs in the US and Canada are different. So the 368641 wouldnt register any information in an American TRU. If you go to the item online and check...
