You can try this: http://www.meguiarsdirect.com/zoom.asp?edpZ=91856 (fills in scratches in plastic)

Or a scratch filler for painted surfaces(Nu-Finish, etc.) in any automotive dept.

That's a tough 1 bro (or 2 I should say).
Not sure about the seeker prob, anyone else ?
The corrosion may be a build up of gunk that is now part of the contacts, try a little baking soda & water....

No probs, it works great for styrene plastic(model cars).
$3-$4 a crack, I've only found them at local hobby shops(or Games Workshop) - no retail stores in Canada carry them.
Buy new brushes to eh...

Sounds like you are using Testors enamel with a brush(which won't dry on most TF plastic)...so don't keep adding more - :eek:
Your problem could be 1 of many things or a combination.

Try hitting it out the other way(if you were only trying 1 way to begin with), apparently there is a rough bit on 1 end of the pegs(pins) so usually 1 way is much easier than the other...just gotta...

If you do you will have to saw it and not cut it with hand held cutters, they will squish the ends making them "oval" sawing with a saw will ensure that the ends remain "circle".

Heh....what I go through to melt plastic.....no blowdryer won't do it - but use caution.
Fan it from side to side & rotate the figure as you go.

Give it about 5 minutes in white vinegar, then rinse thoroughly and shake all the water out - maybe blast 'em with a blow dryer, keep him in a warm room.
I wouldn't be to worried about leaving him...

Try that, just apply a LITTLE at first & let it dry then test fit. I would apply it to the hole in his arm(around the insides), instead of to the cannon peg.

Maybe wait and see what dak says before you try this on a G1 fig (plastic may be too brittle).
